In today's class, we held the first of three final exam review sessions, reviewing Lesson 2.3 Part 1 and discussing animal-like and plant-like protists, including the four groups of protozoans (sarcodines, flagellates, ciliates, and sporozoans) and their characteristic features such as flagella, cilia, and pseudopods, as well as plant-like protists like euglenoids, dinoflagellates, and diatoms.
